It is my opinion that writing a review is a tricky thing to do! Often times, the tendency is to respond, based on an emotional experience,.. something that recently occurred, initial gut instinct, etc. Sometimes, that's good, ...honest, raw,.. but sometimes, that's not so good. I'm glad I took my time in writing this review because I feel that the reader of this review will get a better understanding as to why I'm giving this establishment a 5-star rating, and hopefully help them during their next pizza purchase. Some would argue that pizza is pizza,.. nothing too complicated to make. And while I would agree with this statement, I would also express my shock that some establishments manage to stay in business, based on a crappy product! At some 'other' pizza establishments,... one week, I'll have a phenomenal pizza experience, only to be utterly disappointed the next week, only to discover "Bob" wasn't working the day I had my less-than-stellar pie. I recently lost my "Pizza Guy", and have spent the last 6 months in finding my replacement pizza establishment. I have tried all the pizza establishments in my immediate area, and even ventured out to a few select places. I've relied of other people's suggestions. Never quite finding a place to land at. A few months ago, and on a whim, I decided to try Salvatores,.. I passed it every day I went to Weg's,.. so I figured I had nothing to lose! I've never been into 'corporate chain' type of places because I feel that they lack authenticity, and are simply massed produced. Well, I have to say,... although that might be true for some chains,.. I do NOT think its true at Salvatores! This is what you can expect at Salvatores: * Consistent, great tasting pizza with plenty of sauce/cheese/pepperoni. * Professional and courteous staff,....service with a smile! * Safe, clean, and family-oriented atmosphere! * Weekly if not daily coupon specials. * Affordable pricing! In a world that is consistently Inconsistent, and changing, the last thing I need to deal with is inconsistency in my pizza! If you also enjoy some sort of consistency in life, ...then I highly recommend you give Salvatores a try!
Hot and ready ! Love me some Salvatore’s . This location portion for Mac salad seems a lot smaller than other and I wish this location had a public restroom, but understandable this location doesn’t . Overall food was great ! Friendly staff as always

Placed my order by phone. I had a 35 minute wait, which was reasonable. Picked up my large pizza, too hot to eat a piece right away. I was starving hungry. Salvatore's makes the best pizza around. The crust alone is exceptional.
Six of us dined in West Webster location on Monday night. Amy was excellent!! Great drink specials and 10 medium pizza special (hot right out of oven and delicious). Buffalo chicken sandwich was also yummy. Will be back on Monday night when Amy working as she was great, very welcoming!
If they could burn pizza anymore I am sure they would!?This is a review for last three orders in under a month.Either they are busy talking or they just don’t care?I’ll let the ownership figure that out.... UPDATE-03/09/24 Went ahead and ordered again.This time selected “Lite bake”. It was baked to perfection.Corners were a little bit crispy but nothing was burnt.Dough was soft,juicy and very tasteful.Actually entire pizza was PICTURE PERFECT! So I have attached a picture for your own judgement. Everyone in the family was raving about how good it was. What I am seeing now and believe it to be the case is that your oven is set at too high of a temperature (probably 400-500 F). If the pizza’s were baked as this one was (lite bake) then no competition could touch it. That is my opinion and everyone else can judge for itself. Thank you for the excellent pizza this time around.
Had the Wed. Special Calzone! With ricotta cheese and mushroom and pepperoni !!! It was DELISH! Almost broke into it on the way home it smelled so good! I wasn’t disappointed when I got there, the wait was worth it! Off the charts good!!! Thank you!!!
Best pizza ever! As a Navy vet, I’ve been around the country and had many kinds of pizzas. Salvatore’s was, hands-down, the best ever. We had the Salvatore pizza. Outstanding. It blows away the New York style, New Haven style, and general Greek-owned pizza joints we get in southern Connecticut. Wish we could get it here, but we’ll just have to travel back to the Rochester area for more. Highly recommended.
